Open to all Gold Coast Cycling Club members - Primary and Add-On members.

If you have a permanent race number, please wear it.


Junior U11/U13 race lengths
U11: 7.6km 4 laps
U13: 19km 10 laps

Graded Race Lengths:
A Grade : 70km: 37 laps
B Grade : 60km : 32 laps
C Grade : 50km : 26 laps
D Grade : 40km : 21 laps

First A grade finisher over the age of 35 will be awarded Club Masters Champion.
First female finisher in B will be awarded our Female Club Champion.
First female finishers in C and D grades will be recognised as our graded Female Club Champions
First junior finishers in B, C and D grades will be recognised as our graded Junior Club Champions.
U11 and U13 Junior Championship Awarded from U11 and U13 races.

Schedule
12:00pm: Crew onsite | parking lane open
12:10pm: Registration opens
12:30pm: First Session starts
1:55-2:10pm: Parking lane open
2:15pm: Second Session starts
4:15pm Second Session ends
4:45pm Pack Up Complete


We only have access to Circuits A and B. 
We do NOT have access to Circuit C – the large skid pan area. 
There will be driver training in that part of the facility. 
Do not cross over into the northern half of the facility. 
Club marshals will assist with directions.

Race Course Access – Do not access as the RACQ Mobility Centre before 12:00pm as there will be multiple users in the centre and we do not want to interfere with other groups.

Parking – Parking will be limited to the blue cross over lane indicated on the site map. 
We want to limit car access to that lane during the race sessions. 
Please try to arrive and leave during open lanes times as indicated on the schedule. 
Marshals will assist with accessing the parking.

Toilets – There will be access to toilets at the venue.
Food – There will be NO food available at the event.
Water – There will be access to water but it may be limited – please bring your own drinks.

Warm Up – There will be limited time to access the circuit for warm up. 
Do not enter other parts of the facility to warm up – bring some rollers. 

Waste – Please take your own rubbish with you if possible. 
The club will supply a bin. 
There will be NO rubbish zone on the course and so riders will need to carry their own rubbish. 
Litterers will be disqualified and fined.

Feed Zones – Due to the distances there will be NO feed zones in operation. Carry your own food.
Mechanical Mishap – As this is a road race there will be NO spares pit but repairs can be made – please inform the commissaire.
Being dropped – If you are dropped from your group, the commissaire may remove you from the race.
First Aid – There will be First Aid stationed at the Start / Finish line.
Juniors – Junior gear restrictions apply, with maximum rollouts of 5.5m (J11-J13) and 7m (J15-J17).
Weather – If there is the possibility of rain or showers the race will still go ahead. It will only be cancelled if there is more extreme weather forecast or present.
Podiums will take place at the end of each session.

If race speeds are lower than expected then race distance may be modified during the race to ensure we stick to schedule.

All juniors must comply with their age-appropriate gearing and equipment restrictions.
Juniors wheels - maximum rim depth 45mm.

Racing will be run in accordance with AusCycling guidelines.

To race, you must hold an All Discipline Race licence.
